well heres my 2 cents on the party...

Brian if all the partys were like that one i'd prob come down to see you guys more offten , was really nice to see you monique , ken , kerry , christian , henry , and meet terry .....

well my night in Tdot started out really shitty after a long drive down from Montreal i arive in Tdot go see brian at the store was there for like 10 min go back to the car and BAM it's gone ... mother fuckers towed my car went to get it pay 135$ to get it out of the pound plus another 60$ for the parkin ticket... was more than pissed and well almost left for back home, but well as you told me brian only way to kill being pissed off to is to lisen to some Banging Techno !!! Techno is the cure to all madness... and watchin the pillow fighters too

well as for the partyyyyyyyy... i gotta say it was wicked great set up nice sound ( except the sound was louder in the small room for a part of the night )...

Terry (Atomic Hooligan)
Hit the plates then all hell broke lose he played some sick tracks and had some good convo with him at the party and over at brians house , Look forward to seeing him again and hope he got to the air port on time and that his flight was not delayed to Saskatoon !!

Henry (D.A.V.E The Drummer)
Well i see he still laying down some sick tracks and "AVIN IT" Large like @ WEMF , and in Montreal last time he was down here i have to say he has to be one of the sickest techno stomping dj's out there and in my eyes one of the most technical dj's too.. had a blast talkin with him as well at the party and at brians house herny if you do read this sry mate we didn't make it out with you on sat night if you guys did go out... me and the old lady didn't get to bed til about 6pm hihi !!

as for the other dj's didn't cathc mush of there set's ( since was around talkin and catchin up with old friends but form what i heard was sounding like they were Avin It As well !

My rating on this party 10/10

DIRTY & THIRTY – Friday February 24, 2006
@ The Gallery (inside the Guvernment/Kool Haus Entertainment Complex)

We, Kerry (Mz. DeMeaner ) and Brian (Bobby Thrust), invite you to join us in The Gallery for the celebration our 30th birthdays. We have invited some of our friends to lay down the techno, house, electro and breaks, and we have the proper place to do it. Now we just need our friends and anyone who is down for a good and dirty party to join us. Your presence is the only gift we need next to shots of tequila.

We wish a happy February birthdays to our friends Indica, Rowland The Bastard, Freakyyyy, Xofer, Deko-ze, James Clarke and Alison G.

The Gallery

Tim Patrick - [ www.fifthsunrecordings.com ]
Matt Dublin – [ www.mattdublin.net ]
Mz. DeMeaner (BDAY SET) - [ www.MzDeMeaner.com ]

As a birthday present to us, Guy ‘The Geezer’ McAffer will make his first appearance in Toronto in four years to drop his world renown hard as funk LIVE techno set. The Geezer’s sets are legendary everywhere from Australia to Japan to South America and across the UK and Europe. 2005 saw the release of his first full length album on his RAW (Ripe Analogue Waveforms) label – Ave Some Of That You Wankers: The Sound Of Special Needs Disco. CD Available @ 2 The Beat.
Guy McAffer Fun Fact #4 – Geezer’s favourite colour is sock beige.

Jelo IS a party with his mix of techno, house, electro and anything he thinks will rock your world. There is no better way to celebrate a birthday than by listening to the music that chin scratchers and mothers love to hate.

Tim Patrick, one of the cities best house djs, has been called the DJs DJ for his technical prowess behind the decks. But we have seen Timmy blow the roof off numerous dance-floors and we expect nothing less at this party. That’s why he comes up here.

Mz. DeMeaner will be laying down banging techno. What better way to wish her a happy birthday than to get your groove on to her fierce beats!

Matt Dublin spends almost all of his spare time scouring shops and the internet for the beefy tracks to ignite a party. His mix of electro, house, breaks and techno is a lot like this party, DIRTY.

Hosts on their Birthday – Bobby Thrust and Mz. DeMeaner.

We have invited back one of the finest djs on the planet. D.A.V.E. The Drummer (Hydraulix, Apex, Stay Up Forever) rocked our last party so hard that it would be an injustice to not bring him back. When it comes to party-time techno, there are few that can bring it like him. His juices have been flowing with excellent releases on his Hydraulix label in addition to a big remix on Beat Disaster. This is one dj that gives you something great each time he hits the decks.

Atomic Hooligan (Menu Music, Botchit & Scarper) is a familiar face in the Orange Room and with good reason. He is one of the most entertaining djs in the breakbeat world. A busy touring schedule and big releases always up the pipe have only added to the inspiration in his always spot on and corking sets! He tells us that this party gives him the opportunity to play some of the harder breaks he might not normally play so expect a very fresh set from the Hooligan!

We are quite happy to bring back some of the finest from our past parties in Jelo (who has a new Live @ System CD at 2 The Beat!), Adam Green, Lee Osborne, Red Turtle as well as the combined powers of Opel and Xofer as Station. This time around we get to see Kick take the stage for a 2 The Beat party for the first time since she took that 9 month hiatus from drinking. Also featured in the gallery are FLIM and Jay Walker. Two of the nicest guys in Toronto Techno and can be found throwing free techno parties in various places during the summer. D-Monic will wage breakbeat in the Orange Room since that is what he does.
