there's supposed to be all types at parties.
there's supposed to be some amount of tolerance for people, in everyday life and it has to be stretched to parties and gathering too - perhaps stretched to the limits.
i could rant about how i'm fed up with the careless drunks and how it still upsets me when people expose me to their cigarette smoke... but that's not what it's about in the end. i'll deal and/or avoid the same situations in the future.
i think certainly there is a destructive level of drug use.
the world is full of substances and choices ... there will be people who take all roots. you also make choices in how to deal with these people, as you do yourself.
hmm i'm rambling on about people... but perhaps we're all in this together.
may i suggest compassion? it works both ways... it's that mindfulness for yourself and others sorta thing...y'know?
