ill just stick with my own diet of eating healthy, eating proper portions, and working out.

plus i just got a free membership to goodlife with a trainer.

diets that claim you will lose XX amounts of pounds in a short period of time are bogus. too fanatical.

not to mention they dont work. ive tried them and they're bogus. they work for a week, then you'll gain it all back cause you lose too quickly.

its not a waste, imo.

it brightens your mood, is a good outlet if you are mad, you FEEL better the day after working out...you notice a total general difference, basically.

i dont have a fast metabolism at ALL. god, i'd kill for one.

instead i just watch what i eat, dont stuff myself to the point of being full, and work out 5 times/week.

cos then people get overweight and gross.

people should at least try to be healthy.
