Why Are People So Unhappy ??

| I know it's a big question,but still...i wanna know what you think.I work in the customer'service and i realize evryday how bad humoured people generally are.No smiles,no gentle moods,just some sort of cold-hearted way of seeing life;always hurry,always unhappy,always looking outside our own brain to seek happiness...And i'm don't mean regular-typical adults only,i mean people who are around 20 years old too...Is life so hard inNorth America ?? Arent we lucky to be alive and free of consciousness ?? Maybe that's the point;realize that your only true freedom is with your own consciousness isn't easy for all...I'm not totally discouraged BUT i'd like to know how come people don't reply to a smile in the streets,i'd like to know why are people bad-humoured all the time and unhappy with everything (summer=too hot,winter=too cold,snow is ugly,rain is ugly,nature's against us all,that doesn't make any sense to me),and i think about all those poor but happy civilisations and wonder if people will get to realize that heaven and hell is a choice,a choice of CONSCIOUSNESS ! |

| people are unhappy because they see what other people have (like celebrities and such) and mope around cause they don't. i know material things aren't the most important thing on the planet but to a lot of people they are. |

| i can see what u mean sometiiems its hard to not think of things that arent going well and be happy about life in general.. but sometimes when u think positively things seem less bad and i dunno i like feeling happy and i like having happy days sometiems it happens that i dont feel unhappy for a long time but then i remember when i do feel unhappy and it sucks |
