Invest over 4 billion a year into military?

Cut social spending while still keeping corporate tax cuts?

Kissing President Bush' ass?

Boo Paul Martin and his new liberal team.

They basically pulling what every canadian liberal party has done:

Inflate the deficit and blame it on the people who were in power before him, thus justifying massive spending cuts. The Quebec liberals have done it, the BC liberals have done it, the ontario liberals have done it, now the federal liberals have done it.

Fuck that, I'm voting socialist. NDP, here I come...

I cant fucking BELIEVE Paul Martin is the fucking new prime minister.

It's also really funny how nobody even really acknowledged it seeing as all the TV anchors/News were covering the capture of Saddam. Lord.

We're in deep shit ...

From now on, all countries in conflict with u.s will consider us as american's friends ..
While with Jean Chrétien they knew we weren't in good terms with u.s. ...

So no more peacewise or ecological moves ever
And the guy Paul Martin is a total cold-hearted freak ..

He was the owner of some big moneymakin companies exploiting poor countries childrens at 1$ a week or so ...then he gave it to his sons, now he says he's clean ..

This guy is freakin' evil

And in here with Jean Charest we're as fucked ...

Seriously its a shame to be canadian since those 2 are on ...

ian... the PQ are the ONLY Provincial party to ever run a balanced budget for more than one term... theyre the only ones to do it at all actually...
and believe me they didnt underfund shit... people are just whiners... (and if the "strikes" youre refering to has anything to do with the STM strike.. youre retarded... there were no 'major' strikes that could possibly have affected you during the PQs reign)
i liked the PQ, all i hated about them was their stupid referendum bullshit and the whole separation thing... other than that they knew VERY well what they were doing

you're a bunch of whiners.. if you're not happy here then go to somalia, china or Saudi Arabia and live a happy whine-free life... coz the moment you'll whine about anything yo'll get a bullet in your WHINING heads

now open up your fucking eyes and be grateful that you live in one of the best places on earth, and if you think that it's bad here, then think a bit about how it must be in the rest of the world

it's about time people start doing that

a) I meant every provincial liberal party. The BC liberas, the Ontario liberals, and the Quebec liberals have all done the same thing.

b) the PQ improved Quebec's economy like no tomorrow. All you have to do is compare downtown Montreal today to what it was in 1995. Why? Because Lucien Bouchard was a superb politician.

Think about what he has done. He lead the Bloc Quebecois to official opposition status in Canada by getting almost the entire population of Quebec to vote Bloc. He lead the seperatist movement from Parizeau and all of a sudden, the seperatist movement was something to be afraid of. He was so pationate about Quebec as a seperate country and his passion spread like wild fire. Then, after losing the 1995 referendum, Parizeau goes "Fuck this, you stupid niggers and jews and spics and ricers and pollacks and every other non-white person fucked me over, LATES!", leaving Bouchard with a province thats falling apart. So what does Bouchard do? He swallows his pride and starts picking up the shit, eventually turning Quebec into the fastest growing province in Canada and (ironically) through this process boosted Canada's economy. After a while, seperatistism started weaving its ugly head again. PQ hardliners start calling for a referendum again, fights break out amongst the PQ again and at which point Bouchard went "bah, fuck this, I built this province back up again and yeah, I'm tired. LATES!".

Now the liberals are in power. Quebec government employees have a general strike. Busses went on strike. Daycare goes up in costs, schools get their funding sliced, hospitals are in dissary...

Bouchard was probally one of the better premiers that Quebec has had since the Quiet Revolution.
