hey everyone!

I'm coming up to Montreal on Jan 24th for Starlight 2 and I'm probobly gonna make a weekend out of it.

anyways, I was wondering if anyone knew of any good record stores in Montreal where I would find cheesy/anthemy happy hardcore, oldskool breakbeat, or breakbeat hardcore.

I'm learning how to spin and this is what I'm interested in, if you can help me out that would be wikkid, thanx

:)

Drumn'Bass-Breaks-Electro-Techno-Techhouse = DNA Records
28 Des Pins East

Otherwise there's not much HHC and hardtrance and stuff in Montreal ..

Check out MUSIKHALL on St-Denis, past Mt-Royal on the east side ...
Sometimes there is used records treasures in there ...

nononononono, tsk tsk tsk.....no offence but if you want Techno, u don't go to DNA (they do have electro though and electro-tech and some techno but the selection is washy washy).....u have to go to either Terminal @ 2011 St Denis (downstairs) or Center Records @ 5129 St-Laurent (better for electro stuff though).:)

I'm not sure about Tech-house specifically but if you want House, InBeat @ 3443 St
Laurent is like the place for that.....but I'm sure there are others like BPM-Musik (somewhere in the village)

about the HHC, Hard-Trance and the sort, I can't say I'm 100% sure but I would definitly bet on Musikhall.
