you don't see VolksWagen being sued by the Beetles for releasing their beetle car.. you shouldn't have major problems if you change your name to that and one more thing.. are you 100% sure that the band's name is actually registered because just coz the two fat idiots released a CD (and if they did have any major recognition they wouldn't be bothering to sue a 18 year old canadian happy hardcore dj) doesn't mean they did actually register the name.
I say you go to the hotel de ville and register your name officially as "Dj Tipsay" or your curent "Dj Tipsy" and then bring those two fat coons to court. For those not familiar with the band that he's talking about, here's what they look like: |
