i need your help!

The signal to the monitor died! It could be either the graphic card or the mother board. But im thinking its most likely the graphic card. If any of you have any other ideas of what it could be or think you could fix it please send me a message on this board in private and i will give you a call ASAP. I'm willing to drive down to wherever and pay for the service IF it is fixed.

Thanks alot.

If it's a relatively new graphic card, check the cooling fan on the GPU. They have a habit of not working properly causing the chip to burn out.

When you turn on and leave it running for like 10 seconds, do you hear the HDs starting up as if it was loading the OS? Do you get the POST beep? Try plugging your monitor into another graphic card/computer to make sure it's not the monitor. Also, possibly look into reseting your bios, I encountered a similar dead-looking computer when I was trying to OC and kept doing it in wrong increments.

Nothin' like upping the vcore on your graphic card and forgetting to up it's clock speed to freak you out... :)

So chances are then that it's the graphic card. Just use some old one laying around, I'm sure you've got one!

yeah if you tried another monitor and it still didn't work then it's likely the card. Buy a new card... :D
