Dj Darius continues to elevate the breakbeat movement in Houston, Texas. With daring tracks, wicked effects, on-point mixing, scaratching, and beat-juggling, he electrifies and empowers his audience. From Dj Darius's first record to his last he captivates his fans with his versatile sound. It is no wonder that Dj Darius with his natural talent and love for music has risen as one of Houston's most up and coming Dj's. Dj Darius's talent is verified with his incorporation into Hacked Entertainment and Shattered Records (Ohio) and also being placed on the Millennium Breakbeat Tour 2002. His spinning career has come about through his residencies at Groove Nation, Club Karma, and Club Viper. Andy DeAngelo and Darius both created Hacked Ent. to provide Houston with not only Breaks but all forms of electronic music. They have thrown successfull events in the area and continue to do events in the area. Dj Darius' CD’s, "The Bassics", "Ready, Set, Break" and "Melodic Fractures" have already won him a large local following. He has also begun producing breakbeats and should have tracks ready within the year. His enthusiasm for the music world is incredible. His love for break beats is clearly shown in his performances. This is a Dj who can unmistakably work the crowd. At the age of 21, we can expect a long and prosperous career from Dj Darius. Houston takes pride in claiming Darius as one of it’s own, and we look forward to seeing him succeed on a national and international level.
