| k is fun cause you feel silly and it's temporary, sort of, unlike pcp or even pills.
usually viles are filled ish to the top but sometimes only to the cap line. If you tap them and pack the powder down, usually it'll be less.
dealers dont usually pack it down before cause then they'd have you give you more and that wouldn't be good for business unless they are nice. |
