Since i have the opportunity to know that this years edition will be organised...and to know exactly what the website address is... ( so shoot me, they use our DNS servers )... without further dicking around.....
*plonk* [ www.fantasiafest.com ] Good stuff: - It's happening - It's gonna be closer to my place Bad stuff: - Admission ticketing system - I loved the imperial... and it's not there this year - Schedule is still not 100% complete. Enjoy the sneak peak. |

Why "Beyond The Re-Animator" will be the best movie ever:
"A prison riot with zombies, West transplanting "souls" between species, and a kung fu fight between a rat and a severed penis all make for the best time I've had in a theater in recent memory" - Phil Noble, CREATURE CORNER Of course, let's not forget Bubba Ho-Tep... Elvis and JFK are still alive and walking the earth, having escaped the world’s spotlight by various skewered means to live the rest of their days in peace and privacy. Cut to: present day. Elvis, (Evil Dead icon Bruce Campbell) and JFK (played by Spike Lee regular Ossie Davis), are now crotchety old men, living their last days in a West Texas rest home, struggling to digest their meals and resenting the ambivalent nurses whose very presence reminds them of their lost sexuality. Nobody believes them when they talk about their life experiences. All they can do is discuss the past, their bowels, their bones, their missed erections... Until they notice that an unusually high number of people at their home are dying. A little research uncovers the worst possible case scenario: an ancient mummy is using their rest home as hunting grounds for weakened souls! |

I usually buy the 10 tickets package, it's cheaper that way, and seeing these movies all by yourself, generally adds to the psychosis of this festival~
FunFunFun |
