Plus the more cash the bar makes, the happier they are and the longer they keep the night going - and the appreciation can extend to benefits for the night & promoter & bar (the circle of club-life) ... Dynv doesn't drink really, so the fact that he gives his hard earned cash away so that others can, is mighty generous and highly appreciated. And as transparent as I try to be, I can say that I'm the one that he gives a 20$ to whenever he's in attendance, and he always tells me to buy drinks for myself and the DJs with it (and if I don't spend it all on booze, the rest can go to paying the DJs) . It also shows his love and support for the music, IMO. I understand the cynicism and the need to contradict 'round here, but anyone would admit that those are the actions of one STAND UP dude ;) |

Dynv keep up the nice work Reminds of the time when I played you night and there was that massive rainstorm and fewer people showed up then expected. I ended up accepting $5 for playing the night instead of the $40 I was promised :) The only time I've ever done that in my career! I even hooked you up with a rare hardcore gabber record from my collection if I remember correctly Its like they say, actions speak louder then words :) |
