I got my first experience last night (75mg) and had hell of a good time! The comparision with MDMA is totally justified, lots of energy with very trippy and sensual body feelings, mood lift, empathy, enhanced sociability and feeling of connectedness with others and enhanced appreciation of music and senses. It also definetely has a psychedelic side, with tracers, enhanced colors, more defined edges of objects and shadows, I even got some colorful vibrating waves overlapping my visual field during the (intense) onset. Some compare methylone to mushrooms but it seemed more mellow to me and with way less visuals. I sure will explore it more, but not sure if I'll increase the dosage much as it seemed fine with me. Anyone tried it too? |

| Coolness: 105635 | I have to say though that I'm concerned about its addiction potential, I litterally can't wait to do it again. It was damn good, hence why I'm looking forward for my next dose most probably, but this impulse seems to be way too intense to be normal. |

Yeah, I've done methylone up to 200 mg and definitely had no significant visual distortion. I found it to be like a mild and less sensual MDMA high. As for its legality - Health Canada likes to say everything is illegal, but that doesn't change the fact that Canadian drug law is based on the CDSA, not Health Canada press releases, and methylone is not scheduled. |

| Coolness: 105635 | Well, a strong dose of MDMA always gave me tracers and slight visual distorsions (more intense colors and glowing auras around living things, for most). I got the same thing friday night, except maybe for the colorful waves at the beginning of my trip, which were way more intense than what I usually get from MDMA. I can't tell if it was a normal effect or caused by some kind of HPPD though. |

Cathinones can not be successfully prosecuted with the way the CDSA is structured currently but it's rather cut and dry; amphetamine analogs with an amphetamine skeleton are illegal. It is not only the specific chemical alpha-methylphenethylamine that has an analog clause, but the entire amphetamines class of chemicals under article 1 Schedule 3 are all subject to the analog clause meaning any phenethylamine with a methyl substitution on the alpha position or any alpha-methylated chemical related to any of the amphetamines listed under the amphetamines list in Schedule 3 can be considered illegal. BK-MDMA is simply one substitution away from MDMA, and thus falls under the amphetamine analog clause. It is obvious that HC is using scare tactics as they let it slip through before, but cathinones are amphetamines regardless of whether cathinone or methcathinone are even listed under the amphetamines list in the CDSA. A good lawyer would defeat any attempt at prosecution due to cathinone and methcathinone being conveniently placed outside the amphetamines list in the CDSA. Someone was arrested for ordering a few grams 4-FMC not too long ago, but I'm not sure if any charges were laid and I haven't heard any news about it since it happened. |
