He's the asshole who wrote Ke$ha's "Tik Tok", Katy Perry's "I Kissed A Girl" and "California Gurls"(sic), Miley Cyrus' "Party in the USA" (worst video ever!), Avril Lavigne's "Girlfriend" and Pink's "U + Ur Hand". He's also been responsible for some new Weezer and Three 6 Mafia songs, and of course they're the worst ever. You would think, hey, if we take him out, maybe it'll end? But strike him down and he will become more powerful than you could possibly imagine. I could swear this kid's like a young member of a strange RIAA illuminati. Check it out, this blew my mind. He used to be the guitarist on SNL too, which is sort of bad enough in itself. |

I beg to differ, I just think it's fucked up how he's actually perpetuating this sort of extra-crappy style of pop music. Sure he's doing something right but I have no aspirations to involve myself in that sort of saccharine pop nonsense. You should know that Mikael, my main worry is that music is going down the shitter just because the emphasis is on how to sell it. |
