What is an abuser? Who decides who lives and who die? What about the potential errors? What about the poor guy who's not even guilty but is standing on death row? To kill is ethically wrong. So nah, i vote rehabillitation. And even then, what is rehabilitation? If it involves electrical shocks to the brain, castration, massive ammounts of psychoactive drugs and '' therapy '', then i'm not so sure anymore. If the state gives the death penalty to a murder, who gives the state the capital punishment? |
