we have the one and only DRUM MAJOR [T.O.] + WALLY Montreal's dubstep front man DRUM MAJOR Djing for more than 10yrs, he is presently the best kept secret when it comes to liquid funk or deep, jazzy drum and bass. Breaking out on the scene in Toronto Canada as a house party and after hours DJ, Drum Major quickly acquired status via word of mouth holding down guest spots and residencies in various DNB crews such as FURIOUS, MARCH PROJECT, NEXUS 7, and Pure dARKNESS productions. With releases on 2 labels and a few white labels, Drum major is no novice to production. In 2001, Drum Major put his DJing and production aside to join the military and stationed to Halifax where from there, he raised HFX Audio and its associated radio show DNB radio on Dalhousie ,s CKDU 88.1 FM. In 2007, drum Major return to his native Toronto area due to military reasons to reutrn to 2 residencies and facilitating a sources for deep, jazzy sounds that connot be found at just any record store. Be sure to stay tuned to the intellegent sounds of this sophistcated dnb artist.. + WALLY, Forward Music Resident, & both Bass Drive and Montreal favorite, will be bringing his dirty dubstep back once again to KOI for another bad-ass set! WALLY I started out mixing top 40, indie rock, 80's in cegep parties, became resident at saphire during summer of 2004. I've been promoting the rave scene and mixing electronic music since mid 2005, first on CRSL (cegep st-laurent's radio) and then on choq.fm (uqam's webradio). I've mixed psytrance in raves for about two years and founded Natural Disasters productions along the way. We've created events such as Sysmyk Breeze, Sysmyk Storm and the Fuck tha System series in collaboration with ravedave productions. I've also mixed some electro house and techno and am now turning to dubstep, grime and breaks and promotion of everything bass. I hope to bring some new influences to the dubstep scene with different mixing technique due to my background.
