Look Through Old Threads...

Coolness: 145210	noah there a things about [ rave.ca ] that are awesome, like the fact that you have basically archived over 10 years of montreal rave history, however don't you think it's time to find a better organizational structure, here are three things things... 1) each one of the six forms has numbers of pages 1 through whatever, like if we look at this forum it's like this 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8...58, so if you want to go to page 9 or 10 you have to first click 2 so that it is displayed... this is kinda dumb why shouldn't you be able to just enter a number and go to that page 2)you should be able to search threads by thread title, like if i enter "dog" into a search it should give you all the threads that have that word in them... 3)you should be able to display every thread you have ever started... not trying to be a pain in the ass just some suggestions...

Coolness: 2603995	You can already see every thread you have started in your profile there is a link for it... Goto page number is easy, I can do it sometime soon... Search for title, well it already does that the search... Titles have priority...

Coolness: 103265	Or you could just click into the address bar and change the page number manually like a man. IN fact you can see not only every thread you have ever started, you can seee every thread you have ever posted in from your profile

Coolness: 146335	indeed :) and I'm a big fan of the new Search function ! NOAH: what I'd like to have is the ability to specify the Original Poster username when I'm using this Search button... this should take you 2 minutes to type something like "... AND USERNAME=@user" in PHP/SQL/however you coded the search :)

Coolness: 2603995	when i finish this project for work, i'll dedicate a week or two to fixing the bugs on this site once again... so if you have any ideas, post them in the report buges section... [ www.rave.ca ] That way I can get to it whenever I can... Make sure to make good descriptions of what you want.

Coolness: 685600	yeah.. well if it's something you said and you remember kinda how you said it, you can just go through the pages of your old posts from your profile, and use your browser's search to see if it picks out what you're looking for (CTRL-F usually)
