They are the worst type of crowd, honest to god, Mainly because you get the impression they no longer think for themselves but rather are dictated too, Its like you could give them the most sophisticated and refined dish of food, And they'll literally spit on it and ask you just to give them the "trio" cause thats what everyone else seems to like and recognize |

Not by selling out, just by doing their thing, just like Outkast or Radiohead, Bands like those don't really qualify, however they are few and far between on mainstream radio, And no mainstream radio would ever take a chance on something if it hasn't been tried and tested, So you're often hearing bands like Daft Punk on the radio 5 years after they've already been played out, Besides I'm not saying hate something because its popular, thats stupid I'm talking more about people who seem to function solely within that format and will refuse to open up to anything new unless they've already received some kindof approval from their local mix 96 radio station. |
