Coolness: 43060	Allright I need someone with a bit of time and good web programming skills I have a client who is a mortgage broker. He would like to have a little crawler bot programmed that would crawl the database of the RFQ (régime foncier du Québec, the place where all the mortgages signed and about to expire are listed). The bot needs to 1) crawl the database at regular intervals 2)Retrieve the mortgages newly signed or about to expire 3)dump the info into something (excel would be great) 4)email or somehow transmit that info to the customer. The customer will then contact the homeowner to either renew the mortgage that is about to expire at a better rate or try to steal the freshly signed mortgage off the competitor. the customer pays a fixed % of the profit to us. for life. were talking several thousand dollars a month here, for as long as the thing runs. I need someone SERIOUS and RELIABLE. email me @ silvermotion@gmail.com if you are interested. we will then meet in person and move on fast. Such a thing is not very hard nor very long to do. And the pay is definitly well worth it. How does 20k-25k a year of extra money sounds to you?

Coolness: 43060	well i need to tell you anyway if you want to do the task, and on top you dont know who the client is. And if you do it on your own and contact mortgages brokers to sell them the concept, it doesnt mean that they will want it because the RFQ charges 500$ per query. My client as the means to turn that into something profitable.
