Coolness: 509665	I have a small apartment near Guy metro that I'm trying to rent out. It's a 2 1/2 for 650$/month, awesome location, only catch is you couldn't have more than 10 people chilling at one time without it being a bit crowded.

There are generally one or two apartments for rent. i could give you a contact number if you're interested. Dunno about dimensions but this place could hold 20 ppl easy - not including balcony.

Coolness: 88745	I wish I could afford that... currently in a 3900 sq ft loft that costs only 200$ more (we're 4 lol), rent on the island is too expensive imo, finding a good deal is near impossible these days.
