 Coolness: 134385 | so i got my dog a nice silver dog tag with his name and my phone number on it.
Some guy stops my roomate on the street and says he needs to be tagged for 25$ through the municipality. i wanna know why my dog needs to be tagged with some ugly ass yellow expensive dog tag for no particular reason.When he is properly identified already. does he have to. cause apparently now the guy is coming to my home tommorow to ensure that he gets tagged.For 25 $,WHATS THE MONEY FOR? |

im gonna have words for him on that aswell. plus why cant i go to the municipal building.i dont trust him,. he handed us a photocopied peice of paper saying the price .found it all very weird. |
