Coolness: 30715	Coming down, slowly. Does anybody know why we have to? Come down I mean. Not to be mistaken with going down. One thing for sure: when a person has a predisposed (already existing) condition of bipolarity ( natural, difficulty to control mood swings) smoking the white smoke ( freebase) is equally the best and the worst thing to do. Thanks the gods I met with this powerful substance at 52 instead of 22. I would be dead, no doubt in my mind. The first time I experiment the cosmic orgasm, I recognized the place. I have been there before, sober on my own. So I told myself: remember, you know how to get there. This certitude made it easier for me to control my intake and the frequency. What's getting more difficult thou, is that I am in the process of changing my legal drugs. A little less of this, a little more of that, etc. with the end result that I am more often down ( or more precisely : emotionally numb) and less often (high strung) vibrant. Enough for tonight. It helped me to write while I was crashing inside. Now the worst part is gone. Nothing is more effective to dull the pain than focusing on a precise task. Whatever it is.

	I'm feeling changing every 10 mi right now..
