 Coolness: 47445 | simple saline solution can do the trick sometimes, just gargling a tbsp of salt with a glass of water. Theres a bottle of native stuff too that tastes terrible and kills the symptoms pronto.. ill post if i remember what its called.. |

 Coolness: 178630 | Si tu as du mucus dans la gorge et que tu tousse gras, tu peux te faire une tisane de sapin ou cèdre. Ça aide à faire cracher le mucus dans la gorge. :)
Coupe les aiguilles en petits morceaux et fais les infuser pendant 45 minutes (c'est long, mais les aiguilles sont recouverte de cire alors ça prends du temps pour que l'huile sorte) Quand c'est bien infusé, il devrait y avoir une petite huile qui flotte au-dessus de l'eau. Fais attention par contre: L'arbre où tu prends les aiguilles ne doit pas être arrosé de pesticides. Sinon tu vas t'empoisonner. Ah oui, ne prends pas des aiguilles d'If du Canada. C'est toxique. Moi j'ai un cèdre chez nous, ça marche bien. |
