Because it's too easy a way to catch people's attention. For example, remember the Vodkice ad? With little stars floating around on the screen? Well that was a smart ad. No sluts dancing like we see in other ads! The fact that it was the only alcohol ad that had abstract shapes instead of women is what made that ad so original and eye-catching. Sex-based ads are just too easy to make and lack originality. ;) |
