it was something he did for halloween. he was booked to play the hardcore room goodfellaz threw at destinys halloween party this year, but they didn't actually put his name on the flyer. so he put out a fake news report of his death on Youtube and showed up to play his gig dressed up as Zombie. it was a bit of a surprise actually. so no. not really a gimmick... more like really getting into halloween. its a good set though |

| Coolness: 33615 | I've recieved alot of negativity on this site so I thought I should explain.
I have started spinning as Gobs The Zombie. I dress up as a zombie when I preform and throw zombie stuff into the crowd (like limbs and skulls and such). I also set up a projector and TV sets all around me that simultaneously play clips from zombie movies. It's what I've always wanted to do, combining DJing, MCing, visual effects and stage performance all into one act. My specialty is theme sets. I have a VERY versatile music collection (as you can see by the above track list) and can put a set together for pretty much any event theme. I also love zombie movies and dressing up as a zombie, so it was a natural choice for me. The idea was inspired by watching Palladin and Marky G. It's alot of fun. I totally tore it up on Halloween, in Toronto and will continue to do so any time I perform. Thanx to anyone who has downloaded the set. |
