Room For Rent!!! I Need A Roomate!!!

 Coolness: 83955 | my roomate inherited a house and is moving out to live there...
which leaves me with a room for rent. the crib is a 5 and a 1/2 with 2 bedrooms (1 at either end) and a big double living room with a balcony... its located on the border of westmount and n.d.g. right by the metro and 24 bus line so getting downtown is really easy. anyhoo... i gotta fill it sometime between november and febuary 1st... so if you know anyone who needs a decent crib hit me up!! rent for the room is $455 and the heating is included but hydro and internet are extra... works out to be about $500 with bills. no crack heads please!! and if i know you well thats definately worth some brownie points cheers!! |
