Looking For A Roomate

| Hi, some of you might know me I'm Chelsea's roomate Anthony.
As most of you know she is moving out and I am looking for someone to replace her here.
It's a small 4 1/2 in Ville-Emard, it has a unique location, on a quiet street. It's close to the 350 night bus, the 37, and the 36, and is a 12 minute walk from metro Monk. It was also built only 6 years ago, so everything is new. New floors, counters, etc.
Rent is 272.50$ + hydro and videotron. So it's doesn't come up to be that expensive.

she's about 19, really mature enough for her age, wants to be able to smoke freely and not too bothering roommates ; that's all.
she'll have a place to stay until the next weekend, so... could it be possible, starting in about 10 days ? |
