 Coolness: 105760 | Yay, i'm the first to write a review. I should first note that i had to leave at 4:30am, which was fine.
I didn't mind that the party was being held at Level, in fact i was looking forward to it even more since i love that venue. In my mind, the only negative aspect about the party, was the fact that I waited in line from 10 to 12:30 outside, in the cold and wet ground. Some people where waiting even longer, and even the guests. I don't understand why. Some pissed off ravers took out their watches and did the countdown thingy right outside - that was something that i will remember for a long time. As soon as we got in, we had to wait even more for coatcheck and security crap. The security was horrible. All they did was pat your chest and waist and ask yoiu to open your cigarette pack. Anyway, the music itself was decent. Peter's set was hard, i loved it. Tipsy vs Virus and Gobstopper was excellent too. My only disapointement was hearing booty right after tipsy's set. I wasnt able to tolerate it for long. I danced A LOT in the main room for a good hour or more. The sound setup was amazing except for the monitor in the jungle/hhc room. The lighting and decorations where excellent and so where the live visuals. There was A LOT of eye candy at this party, including a rather large amount of club kids that found their way into our party. They seemed to be having a good time, and thats what matters... All in all, a good time, for the few hours i was there. |

i actually did see lee and zeev, zeev only came in l8er, or at leats thats when i saw him. overall it was a good party, except for minor personal mishaps *wink wink caro* seb span a really good set, but the bass from the main room outdrwoned the jungle room. all in all it was still good. the psy trance room was amazing, i spent most of my night in there. the chill room upstairs got a little packed and quite hot, but a nice place to take a seat. i was glad to see so many ppl i knew haveing a good time, i didnt spend much time in the main room, but the lighting affects were awesome. the bathrooms got a little nasty after awhile but its too expect with so many people. it was a little odd to see so many ginos, and clubbers around, but being held at level, i guess its understandable, well thats it for now (my brian is a lil slow 2day) overall it was an enjoyable night =) happy new years to all!!! mwah |
