and to make matters worse, Hydro Quebec announced a 3% rate hike as of October. makes me happy to have my electricity included! |

I'm so glad I got a monthly bus pass, shit. Some friend told me they're expecting prices to go up as much as 2$ around Xmas time. Gift shopping will be at an all time low this year.
If that doesn't force car companies to SERIOUSLY look at alternative fuel options, I wonder what will. |
