| I ended up at Kid Koala, and I felt it was kinda disapointing. He played for about 50 minutes from 5-6 and basically went through a bunch of little 5 minute routines, but alot of the same shit I've already seen, Like that Jazz fest horn scratchin thing, and some stuff off carpel tunnel syndrome. It had no flow though, he went from Jazzy, to Speed metal, to downtempo. Obviously the scratchin is sick, but it gets repeditive. I saw him do a way better set like 8 years ago at Groove Society with Cut Chemist and Peanutbutter wolf. This was just to messy and lound and all over the place. |
