Man, after the Fragilty 2.0 tour, I can honestly say that this is one concert I'm not going to feel bad about missing. I'm just gonna sit at home and watch the concert part of Closure and remember them in their prime, back when they actually made good music instead of pussyfied radio-friendly shit-on-a-disk.

Yeah, but from what I recall of the Fragilty 2.0 show, there was no energy and the sound was shitty as hell. I enjoyed APC's performance more than the NIN one and I can't stand APC.

I can understand that you can't stay angry and pissed off and self destructive your whole life, but the direction the music has taken, starting with The Fragile, has completely lost it's edge, the rawness that made it music you could completely lose yourself in with how much you were being bombarded with, and IMO it was really MASSIVELY reflected in the performance I witnessed. Now all he does is bitch and moan like a little pussy. If I wanted to hear a grand piano and acoustic opus, I'd go see some classical show. The Fragile just sounds like Something I Can Never Have: The Album, and With Teeth, well, like I said, pussyfied radio-friendly shit-on-a-disk rock. Green Day might has well have made that album.

for the new album, i totally agree with you 100%. for the Fragile concert, i don't know what the hell are you talking about cause i was there and the sound was fuckin amazing and the "performance" was really really good.

For me the point of this concert is to hear the old stuff(Do you remember "Get Down Make Love" @ the fragile concert?)

All I remember from The Fragile concert was that absolutely everything sounded like shit. The one that stood out the most was Wish, because it just sounded like the guitars were coming out of a 15 watt practice amp that had all the bass EQ'd out of the signal.

Closer is about the only track that I can remember sounding alright, but that's like 99% synth, not that hard to fuck up, and the guitar is suposed to sound like a wall of static with no kick to it.
