Try this after a meal: green tea with a green tea ice cream. Wicked combo.

I also love moroccan ultra-sweet mint tea, and the classic chai tea.

Cold iced bubble tea in summer. What's better? A cold iced bubble tea with a naked chick.

Green tea is great....It contains powerful antioxidants, (catechins) which have been shown in recent studies to fight viruses, slow the aging process, and have a overall beneficial effects on health. Clinical tests have shown that catechins destroy free radicals and have far-reaching positive effects on the entire body. Free radicals are highly reactive molecules and fragments of molecules that can damage the body at the cellular level leaving the body susceptible to cancer, heart disease, and many other degenerative diseases. The antioxidants found in green tea have also been shown to lower cholesterol significantly. EGCG (Epigallocatechin gallate) is an antioxidant found in green tea and is at least 100 more times more effective than vitamin C and 25 times more effective than vitamin E at protecting cells and DNA from damage believed to be linked to cancer, heart disease and other serious illnesses. This antioxidant has twice the benefits of resveratrol, found in red wine...

I personally like the fish ice-cream, it's like eating out a dead hooker that's been in the freezer for a while...
