June 11th 2005... Out of This World Entertainment in association with Courageous productions Presents JOHN SELWAY - Tronic, Tension, Escorteaze / NYC NYC's techno king hits Halifax NS for the 1st time in 4 years. Last time he played here he dominated the dancefloor at “Pulse” which was held the old Filter Afterhours Club in downtown. John’s style is a bit minimal but not too deep with some electro influence and also a bit dark, and occasionally if your lucky even with some "rave" kind of sounds. June 11th be sure to catch his set at Halifax hot spot The Warehouse Nightclub. Local Talent DRC - OTW Being a strong hold in the Halifax underground community as both a dj and promoter DRC is surely making a name for himself. Currently DRC is promoting events with Halifax based event group OTW Entertainment. OTW has played host to acts such as Yaz, Mateo Murphy and Maus to name a few. DRC is going to get it funky then dirty at the warehouse June 11th in a long awaited tag team set with Courageous resident Jody Crowe. Jody Crowe - Courageous Jody Crowe is a name you think of when you think of solid house from Halifax. Jody has been playing out for 3 years now and is currently a resident of Courageous Productions which has given him the opportunity to play along side Steve Smooth, Jelo and Hatiras just to name a few. June 11th be sure to catch him rip up the dancefloor with OTW resident DRC. Cover is $10 at the door and you must be legal age to attend. ID is needed for entry to event. Dress code is in effect as well, no chains, doo rags or sports wear (jerseys, beaters). Doors open at 10pm.
