| ok so my downstair neighbour is playing tv too LOUD, and its vibration going through my paper thin wood floor.
how do i get back to him? i was thinking a bat to his larynx but i don't have one. now i'm playing some techno hhc stuff with my pc speakers lying face down on the floor. kinda hard cuz i don't want to disturb my other neighbours.
anyone have a better tactic? |
