The track is called 'Jump On It' by Sir Mix-A-Lot released in 1996, Sir Mix-A-Lot is mostly well known for his smash hit 'Baby Got Back' in 1992. The track HEAVILY samples the song 'Apache' by Arawak All-Stars, a classic funk track mostly sampled for it's bongo laiden drum solo. 'Jump On It' simply rips off the best elements of the tune and adds lyrics.
