The evening started off with a small hitch. The problem was that when I did show up there was a huge lineup around the block. Even being in the V.I.P. line we did not get into the club until 3 am or so. There was a huge turn out of people wanting to spend the last night before the new face-lift. The club was rocking by the time I got in. They had balloons hanging all over the place. It was weird to hear the pop pop of the balloons though out the night. The dance floor was packed with wild dancing party people. The crowd was very friendly with huge smiles. David Morales & Angle Moraes where on the ball that night. I knew that the music was going to be wicked, but I had no idea how good it was going to be. Yes it was vocal, tribal, progressive and hard in your face type of house. It was great seeing allot of people that I had not seen in awhile. A huge prop to Jenny & Jules for it is always nice seeing them. I have never seen Stereo so hungry as it was that night. I swear that 70% of the club were on the hunt. I left around 9 am, but some friends stayed there till 5 pm. I am looking forward to the reopening of Stereo to see what is new and different. After 3 years or so of going to this club it never failed to give me a great time. Hands down one of the best nights at Stereo. Lee |
