Anyways, I had a really good time...I got so drunk before midnite that I ended up wishing a few people a Merry Christmas untill I went up to Joey and was like "Err.... I still think we should've had Techno earlier cause I think the oldies kinda killed the vibe. I finally got to meet Naw (linewireink). Really nice guy. It was cool to see Jay and Dave aka Deliz and Dave O'Brien. So sorry I didn't remember Jay's name....alcohol does come in play. (it's Jason, right?). | Coolness: 149085 | six PM carlos. six in the evening. he was there for exactly TWELVE hours. (tardcore ranked a close 2nd, clocking in at about 9 hours hahah)
ya we had MAD celebrities up in this bitch, mike babins and stoner jay walker from cjad/chom in the house, anne-marie and of course, Corey fucking K!! hahahah as far as the techno / rock shit, it was a source of constant stress all night, suprisingly. i can't say either way what prevailed, all i know is a lot of people wanted to hear house and dance, and a lot of people wanted to hear rock and metal all night, no matter what i played somebody complained. on the other hand, somebody was also happy, no matter what. all in all though i was happy about the quasi-rave vibe in there.. unfortunately two of our speakers conked out at some point, and everyone was 2 screwed to even think about trying to figure out why. turns out they got unplugged heheheh. fuck.. thanks again everyone that came, all that helped |
