| k. i'm need to find a cheap but non nasty hotel for my boyfriend and i for the weekend of june 11th-13th in shitty toronto. i keep looking at hotel deals online but all downtown hotels START at like 130$. anyone know about any good deals?

| this time of the year, you won't find a cheaper hotel than that in downtown toronto. anything under $100 will be in mississauga, scarborough or eastern/northern toronto.
if you're really looking to stay somewhere on the cheap, stay in a youth hostel. a private room at the global village backpackers will run you about $60. a similar one at neil-wycik will run you about $90.
or, if you want something *really* cheap, you can stay in a quad at a hostel. a quad is a room with 4 bunk beds. each bed is $28 a night (at global village backpackers). only downside is you might have 1-2 strangers in the room with you, and you don't have shared beds.
also, most hostels have shared bathrooms. |
