 Coolness: 39235 | Since [ www.filterheadz.com ] is under reconstruction, here’s a little bit about the live act that will be present at Gravity Afterhours this Friday.
Filterheadz is a dynamic DJ/Producer Belgium duo formed by brothers Bert and Maarten Wilmaers. They have been involved with music since the mid-eighties. They went through many musical genres from pop, rock, metal to jazz fusion and R&B. Since 2000, they have been focusing on producing a more tribal and progressive sound. In the past few years, they have successfully remixed Minimalistix’s 'Struggle For Pleasure', Bedrock’s 'Emerald' & Eddie Amador’s 'House Music' to name a few. Their newest remix CD release, Tribalicious is an answer to the very dilemma caused in defining the progressive sound. It is an evolution on the sounds of tech house, breaks, electro & dub.
