Here's a thread dedicated to my favorite random infusion of sounds... Nothing like hearing someone do dancehall raps ontop of distorted IDM.. I love it

check out the entire Shock Out back catalog... Kid 606, Tech Level 2, Team Shadetek, Time Blind, dj /rupture and others working with the likes of Wayne Lonesome.

my boy Billy's "bounty killer killer" is pretty hot, too... original on Irritant, remixes on Tigerbeat6.

yeah tigerbeat is great at this.. Dj rapture did a great live dancehall/hardcore/idm mix that was totally dancable but still nutty when I went to the tigerbeat6 show last summer...

it's all relevent now is it not, techno music stems and grows the the fusion of itslelf. Exept for house. house just doesent seem to do that for me!

wha?!

ok we don't have the same meaning of trance, and house.

trance= paul van dyk and friends
house= stuff played by the aria resident

and shit, i can see a huge difference between both

I was talking about progressive house, and I wouldn't be surprised if paul van dyk spins some of that now, all the big trance guys moved on to it.. But it's not really house I find

I'm like... all quoted and shit... in that ragga-jungle thread... weird. Those quotes are from a thread on the [ hardcoretechno.ca ] board.

The funnier part is that I scored a copy of Sub/Version 001 this weekend - as well as stuff on Phantomnoise, DigitalHut, Bloc 46 and Ambush... mmm...

Louisville, KY was awesome. Played a show for the Fear Records crew and picked up some mighty fine bourbon.

Not sure... but I played a show with him here in '97 (Produkted) which was pretty sick. He got slotted for an hour, but only came with a 40 minute set... to fill time Takeshi Muto came out and they did a 20 minute improv set. Pure sickness.

I caught him again 2 years later at Even Furthur. Cody 43D (who does the art work for a lot of the Chocolate Industries releases) put together one of the stages and had some sick-ass-shit booked. Devine absolutely killed it that night. One of the best sets I heard all weekend.
