The Dragon is a large, finned, green-skinned humanoid whose powers include super-strength and an advanced healing factor. He is also an amnesiac: his earliest memory is awakening in a burning field in Chicago, Illinois. Thus, for most of the series, the origins of his powers and appearance are a mystery to readers. At the beginning of the series, he becomes a police officer and battles the mutant criminal "superfreaks" that terrorize Chicago. too much police and suites , for a mohawk , guy. Oooh, good call.. The only problem is that in his history, his power-level totally fluctuates and is completely unstable.. In some comics he'll barely have the power to teleport, in others he's got the power to destroy the universe and un-do creation with a thought.. Still, though, he's cool as hell! |

moi c'est thanos,pour tout ca: Mutant à la morphologie plus que massive, il a le pouvoir de manipuler l’énergie cosmique à sa guise. Il peut, grâce à elle, projeter de puissantes rafales de ses yeux ou de ses mains. Quasiment invulnérable, il est doté d’une immense force physique. Son esprit est invulnérable à toute forme d’attaque psychique. Il a également démontré des capacités télépathiques. Grâce à la science et à la sorcellerie, Thanos a accru ses pouvoirs. La mort, en lui refusant l'entrée dans son royaume, l’a rendu immortel. Le plus meurtrier des pouvoirs de Thanos est son esprit. D’une intelligence surhumaine, il est craint du cosmos entier. |

I wouldn't want to be Thanos. Thanos has a deep psychological problem in which he doesn't believe he can succeed at whatever he is doing. His subconscious keeps interfering with his goals, going so far as to help people to defeat him. With the infinity gauntlet, he should have been "perfect" but he still allowed Adam Warlock and his gang to defeat him. He's flawed in so many ways. Interesting, sure. But he ultimately always fails himself. |

* Flight: Drax could fly by harnessing cosmic energy as a propulsion source. The maximum rate of speed that Drax could attain is not known, but he could make interplanetary journeys in a matter of weeks. * Invulnerability: The Destroyer's body, while inhabited by Drax's spirit, is nearly invulnerable to all forms of physical injury. It is not known how great a force is necessary to injure him. His artificially created body could exist indefinitely in the vacuum of outer space, and he could survive for an unknown length without air, food, or water. He can even survive the sun's heat. After his death and subsequent resurrection, his durability was increased. Before his resurrection, he survived and was only knocked out when the planet he and Thanos were fighting on exploded. * Concussive Blasts: Drax can harness his cosmic energy and project it through his arms as concussive blasts. The maximum amount of force Drax can project is not known; he can, however, project enough energy to shatter large, ferrous meteors. * Strength level: Drax's original form possessed superhuman strength, allowing him to lift (press) 40 tons. Following his death and subsequent resurrection, his was strength increased to the Class 100 level, allowing him to lift (press) 100 tons stronger than the hulk. With the Infinity Gem his strength was rasied even further, able to lift well in excess of 100 tons. As a result of his recent rebirth (shortly before Annihilation) Drax's strength appears to have diminished somewhat, to what degree is unknown. After his resurrection,he was able to knocked out thing with one hit. |
