my pet rock is immortal. Don't tell me he was never alive to begin with cause I know he is, he has eyes. Anything with eyes is alive. Even if they're googly.

here's a science report on Time Travel.
after you finish reading it, you can explain it to us.:)

[ ] Travel Paradox by S.Krasnikov

if time travel is possible, why haven't we been overrun by tourists from the future?

you see...we already can travel through time. all you need is an airplane! even though you can only go forward (or back) about 24 hours...

say you live in samoa.. or new zealand.. or one of those islands, and then you decide to take a flight into vancouver, well.. isnt there almost a 24 hour time difference? anyways, you'll have to turn your clock backwards once you get to vancouver... et voila! time travel!

btw, i think stephen hawking's chronology protection conjecture is dead on.

:lol well it's not THAT simple, but read the whole theory. If there IS timetravel that's possible, we would never know about it, because the knowledge of it happening would change the future.

question: say you go back in time, change something, how can you go back to the time you came from? the time you came from will no longer exist, because of that, there would be an alternate you in that newly formed time.. do you really want to be living with another version of you?

You, as usual, didn't read a thing that was in the article.

The future can't be changed, because the "present" that you leave to go to the "past" has already happened, and the "present" today IS the result of having gone into the past. You can't go back and "change" anything, because you ALREADY did it, and it's already been factored into the whole of the universe at the moment. If you could travel back to 5 minutes ago, you couldn't kill yourself no matter how much you tried/wanted to, because you have to be here in 5 minutes to go back by 5.
