| So on our way in this morning my receptionist told me she's swamped with school and she's going to get her two weeks notice, soon.
We're an IT Asset Management Company that works with charaties and the private sector. The ideal candidate must be bilingual! Someone who could actually help me *learn* french, and translate documents and conversations in the meantime would be a great asset.
Microsoft Office and Windows experience a must! Light filing duties, answsering phones, and other phone work. Someone who could assist me with policy and procedural development would be a great help.

No offense intended - But I think temp agencies devalue an already marginalized workforce, discourage secure, full time employment, and profit from the labor of others.. but well.. I could be wrong! |

| Know what, I tend to agree with you on that. My own and my friends dealings with such temp agencies haven't been exactly positive. My own findings rely on that fact that they tend to push job seekers towards the same companies ( which I suspect they have some sort of an agreement with ). Good on the phone ? Ever tried Bell ? Good with computers ? Ever tried Bell Sympatico ? Techno-savvy ? Ever tried Bell Mobility ?
You see where I'm getting at.
As for your job, what does a IT Asset Management company do ?

| We deal with used computer, technology, and telephones systems. We refurbish old machines, donate them to organizations like MADD, Le Surete Du Quebec, and CLSC.
The rest we sell to private sector and individuals. |
