DRUG TREATMENT COURT MONTH PROCLAIMED
The Oswego County Legislature proclaimed the month of May as "Oswego County
Drug Treatment Court Month."
The program gives non-violent drug offenders a chance to participate in a
treatment and rehabilitation program supervised by Oswego County Court
Judge James McCarthy.
Participants who complete the program under the terms of their contract may
have their criminal charges reduced or dismissed.
