GIVE ADULTS A CHOICE
Kudos to Paul Ruschmann for his wonderfully accurate column on marijuana
("It's time to ease nation's laws on marijuana," July 29). He was right on
target.
Support for the outright legalization of marijuana (cannabis) is at all
time high. As it should be.
Cannabis, legal or illegal, is clearly the choice for over 40 million
Americans. It's not as addictive as tobacco. It is not as lethal or
intoxicating as liquor.
It's time adult Americans are given a legal choice.
