ARE ACCUSATIONS ENOUGH?
Re: Top brass drive snazzy seized vehicles.
The caption on the photo accompanying the article said the vehicle ".
. . was confiscated from a man accused of dealing drugs." Did
something happen to the Fourth Amendment while I was sleeping or are
accusations all that are necessary these days?
