PETTY INVESTIGATION
If the police intend to go after Sam Sullivan for giving money to a
junkie in order to study his habits, will they hunt down every person
who ever gave cash to a panhandler or squeegee bum?
Or is that different because you can pretend that, if you don't watch,
then maybe they'll spend that money on food or rent?
It's so embarrassing that the powers that be in Vancouver are so
relentlessly petty.
