HEALTHY REPORTER BUYS POT CARD AT HEMP FESTIVAL
Reform Is Needed
Regarding "Pot wars," I am a qualified recipient of the "card" as are
many (I took more than 200 pages of documentation to the licensing
agency). I use it to remove the constant thought of pain and issues
related to my medical condition ["No records? No problem. Got pot
card," page one, Aug. 21].
Reform is needed, but legalization will put an end to
it.
Make all the taxes collected go to rebuilding and amping up our state
education system. And keep the prices down for the medications. After
all, it is not covered by my medical-insurance company.
