Mr. Klein avers that prohibition will serve to increase appeal of
cigarettes and if we're not careful we will develop the same violent
criminal market alcohol prohibition created. He has a legitimate
concern and makes valid arguments, already proven in the real world.

However, he should learn to count. If alcohol prohibition is the first,
then self-ingested drugs (i.e. cannabis, heroin, cocaine and others under
current law) are the second "prohibition."

That makes the coming tobacco-products prohibition number three.
