RE: "LEGALIZED marijuana a potty idea," (Nov. 26). At the end of her article,
reporter Linda Slobodian asks: "What message will legalizing pot even in a
limited way send to these kids?" The answer is simple. The message will
be that
we aren't vindictive, cruel and heartless enough to investigate and charge
the sick
and dying for possessing a substance which might actually help them
to cope with their illnesses. What is so hard to understand about that?
